Made by marrying Merlot and Tempranillo, this wonderful red from the south has a lot of character. This highly recommended red is a wine cellar must have.

Colour : A deep purple-black.
Fragrance : Coffee, smoky, earthy, undergrowth, leather, vanilla.
Taste : Strong, full-bodied, fruity, warm, strong tannins, long after taste. Should be left to age for 2 to 3 years to allow it to reach its full potential.
Alcohol : 13.5% vol.
Ideal serving temperature : 16-18°C in a carafe.
Preservation : 5 to 10 years.
Fermentation : Left to over ferment in barrels.
