Dessert wine made from Païen and Marsanne. When the grapes are over ripe and have botrytis, they are delicately picked on December 18th at 157°Oe.

Fragrance : Apricot jam, quince jelly, exotic aromas, vanilla.
Taste : Remarkable surprise for the taste buds, apricot, quince jelly, exceptional after taste. A wonderful complexity thanks to a harmony of acidity, alcohol and sweetness.
Alcohol : 14 % vol.
Ideal serving temperature : 10-14°C
Preservation : 15 to 20 years.
Fermentation : Maceration, fermented in new barrels.
Name : Sweet Swiss table wine.
Culinary accompaniments : Foie gras, fried foie gras, apple upside-down tart, desserts made from pears, apricots or quince jelly, blue cheese, or simply on its own.
